At Sri Varahaswamy Guest House (operated by Task Bucks Travel & Concierge), we understand that pilgrimage plans can change. This policy ensures clarity regarding cancellations and refunds.

Please Note: All room bookings are made through our private agency service. Your refund will be processed by our agency, not by TTD.

If TTD officially closes Tirumala or halts ghat road access due to emergencies (landslides, heavy weather, or security reasons), we will provide either a full refund or a free rescheduling option, subject to availability.

4. Modifications

If you wish to change your booking dates, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur a change fee.
