By using this website and booking a stay at Sri Varahaswamy Guest House through Task Bucks Travel & Concierge, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Independent Agency Status

This website is operated by Task Bucks Travel & Concierge, a private travel and concierge agency. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). We provide assistance in booking accommodation as a service only.

2. Booking and Reservation

All bookings made through our website or WhatsApp are subject to availability. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from our management team.

3. Identity Requirements

As per the safety regulations in Tirumala:

• All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) at the time of check-in.
• Digital copies or photocopies may be required for guest house records.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: Subject to availability at the time of arrival.
• Check-out: Standard check-out is 24 hours from the time of arrival. Late check-out may incur additional fees.

5. Guest Conduct and Prohibitions

Tirumala is a sacred hill area. All guests staying in our guest house must strictly adhere to the following:

• Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the premises and the entire Tirumala hill area.
• Loud music or any activity that disturbs the devotional atmosphere is not allowed.
• Any illegal or unethical activity will be reported to the local authorities immediately.

6. Liability

Task Bucks Travel & Concierge and Sri Varahaswamy Guest House are not responsible for:

• Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
• Unexpected changes to TTD darshan schedules or hill access.
• Any injuries sustained on the premises due to negligence.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
